2. AI-Generated Content
Dreamverse uses artificial intelligence to generate content. Outputs may be inaccurate, unexpected, or incomplete. You are solely responsible for how you use any generated content.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of the content you create, to the extent permitted by applicable law. However, by using Dreamverse, you grant us a license to store, process, and display your content for the purpose of operating and improving the platform.
5. Platform Ownership
All platform technology, branding, and systems are the property of Dreamverse and may not be copied or reused without permission.
6. Prohibited Use
You may not:
- Generate illegal, harmful, or explicit content
- Attempt to reverse engineer or abuse the system
- Use the platform for spam or fraudulent activity
We reserve the right to remove content, suspend accounts, or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
7. Payments & Credits
Dreamverse may offer paid credits for generating content. All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by law.
8. Service Availability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change or be updated at any time.
9. Age Requirement
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) to use Dreamverse.
10. Limitation of Liability
Dreamverse is provided “as is.” We are not liable for any damages resulting from use of the platform.
